Punjab and Haryana High Court disposes PIL in medical shop allotment in Guru Nanak Dev Hospital – India Legal

The Punjab and Haryana Excessive Courtroom has disposed of a Public Curiosity Litigation (PIL) filed for no comply with up of due means of legislation whereas allotting a medical store inside the premises of Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, Amritsar. 

The petitioner claimed that the rules for opening new Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJKs) weren’t adhered to within the allotment course of.
